Making DREAMS Come True
Ms. Welin writes about DREAMS, an outstanding organization that offers performing and visual arts classes to children ages 8-17. The founder of DREAMS, Tracey Wilkes, has been honored at the White House for her innovative work. Deborah lends her talents to many charities and good works. In support of DREAMS good work, Deborah developed (with the help of the young artists at Dreams) a Christmas card line, catalog and cards included. Dreams continues to build a new card line each year.
