I created this print from a memory of Monhegan Island, Maine. There was a little house on a spit of land...I think it was called "Uncle Henry's." I thought a lot about what it would feel like to live for a while there, to call it home, to (like all the folks on Monhegan) hang my laundry out to dry in the salty air, to become content with who I am, to know home. I really love this print and the sense it gives of home and peace and all being well.
