I Just Felt My Wings Move, this is a great little painting. I just felt my wings move, that refers to how sometimes you can feel so stuck in place and unable to make any progress, then all of a sudden you will flutter forward, all of a sudden it will just start to happen for you, the things you have been trying to learn, the things you've been trying to figure out, the tough times you've been trying to overcome, your wings will move and you'll flutter forward and make progress, and this painting, I love to paint chairs, anyone who follows my work knows I paint chairs often and a lot of the time, and this painting with the sort of happy go lucky, about to take off chair, is really a favorite of mine. I really like her little bowl, or her little pot of flowers and little fruit bowl, and she has one of those little snow globes with a viking ship in it, which for me in my paintings, the viking ship is always about having the courage to do what needs to be done, even if you have no idea how it's going to happen, you just get out and go, and I love the elaborate little bird house, the bird coming home, her Japanese lantern, her little chime with the butterfly flapper on it, she has a little row of violets, I don't know I really love this painting, I don't think I could do any better on this than it is, I also really enjoy the color pallet, I Just Felt My Wings Move.
