about the originals

All of my images come from my imagination. Even when they are about a place that really exists, I am painting how I remember it to be. Foremost, I am painting how it feels to remember a place or a day or a time when it was good to be exactly who you are where you were. I paint about the joy of the moment and the goodness of life.

Each original is finished with a thought–always positive, always striving to uplift-that I write in paint onto the art.

The originals are watercolors, painted on paper, canvas, or board, using archival products and techniques.

No prints exist of any art in this section. My Fine Art is of one-of-a-kind originals only.
